There's no need to upload large images for display on the web. An image sized at 20k will display perfectly adequately and is barely indistinguishable from an image of 100k.

To show the relative quality of various file sizes select one option from 'File Size' and one option from 'Picture', the image below will update automaticallly. By optimising your pictures for the web you can get more value from your Ideal Gallery package.
