Blog Feature
A blog is a perfect way of keeping your clients and prospects informed about your current projects, allowing them to provide valuable feedback and interaction on a variety of topics.
We have now developed a Blog component within our Website Manager that is included in the price of our packages and is available to all clients.
We will be launching and demonstrating this at the Societies Convention 14-16 Jan 2010, some sample screenshots are displayed below showing the features available.
Terminology
Post - The content of the blog created by the author.
Excerpt - A brief, summary description of the content and osssibly a thumbnail
Comment - A reply to a post
Details - Title of the post
Content - The main body of the post containing text and images
Meta Info - Supplementary information / Categorisation / Keyword Tagging of the post
Taxonomy - Categorisation.
